Overview
Control and power panels are the backbone of your automation and safety systems—any weakness becomes downtime, faults or costly rework. Applied Integration delivers complete panel design and build services, combining rigorous engineering with practical workshop expertise to produce panels that are safe, maintainable and easy to integrate.
What you can expect:
Panels built to relevant electrical, safety and industry standards
Clean, maintainable layouts and future-proofed designs
Full documentation and qualification records for assurance and compliance
Smooth FAT, faster commissioning and fewer surprises on site
What We Do
Detailed Panel Design & Qualification
We produce electrical schematics, general arrangement layouts and wiring diagrams, selecting and coordinating devices to meet your standards. Thermal management, segregation and access are engineered from the outset, with full DDQ documentation prepared to demonstrate compliance.
Control Panels
We design and build PLC, HMI, remote I/O and safety panels—complete with communications hardware, gateways, diagnostics and expansion provisions. All wiring and labelling follow high workshop standards to support fast, accurate fault finding.
Power & Motor Control Centre Panels
Our low-voltage power distribution and motor control centre solutions integrate motor starters, soft starters and variable speed drives with appropriate protection schemes. Designs consider fault levels, discrimination, arc-flash requirements and maintainability.
Build, Test & Certification
Panels are assembled in our controlled workshop, undergo routine electrical testing and can be fully witnessed during FAT, including I/O simulation and functional checks. Comprehensive certification and documentation packs are supplied for streamlined site installation.
Where It’s Used
We deliver one-off panels, standardised ranges or full turnkey solutions. Our panel design and build capability supports:
Defence and mission-critical systems, including safety and control panels for secure sites.
Industrial manufacturing lines, OEM equipment and production expansions
Robotics, logistics and AMR/AGV infrastructure
Utilities and process industries requiring robust MCCs and control panels
